- Undergraduate degree in Marine/Naval Radar Systems Engineering.
- Two years of service as Lieutenant (Navy), Sea Reserve Team Leader.

- Completed core legal studies at the University of London Faculty of Laws (U.K.) as part of the Advanced External LL.B. program.
